INGREDIENTS
- 1 and a half Cups Grinded rolled oats
- 1/2 cup low fat Paneer
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp fresh ginger garlic paste
- Coarse crushed poha powder for coating
- Salt according to taste.
- 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying
- Garam masala / Chat masala Optional.
First roast on dry pan and grind oats and add these to a bowl with paneer, carrots, cauliflower, capsicum ,cabbage, green chillies, coriander leaves and all the masalas.
Mix these all together and form dough like consistency.
Once done let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then sprinkle very little oil 2 tbsp for 6 tikkis on a pan , switch on the gas and form small tikki out of the oats batter ,coat it with crushed poha powder , then roast it on pan from both the sides .
Once the tikkis turn golden brown from both the sides take them out and serve with green coriander or tomato chutney!
